Flip It...(Duh)

Never need an extra outlet
Among all common USB charged devices, our smart phones with their huge screen (Can't do without them huh) are the one usually giving us the biggest problem: Battery going flat. Speaking from personal experience, this issue happens most frequently when i had to travel around for work. From airport to airport, i use my phone liberally on games and reading on the plane. Even with earphones on to save batteries from using the speakers and dimmed screen, the battery just drains super fast. The moment the plane touch down, i'd be running around with the brick that is my phone looking for a charger. But what i find are usually pathetically small charging stations, hoarded by a bunch of lazy travelers charging their ipods, old nokia phones and laptops. Blocks of chargers on universal adaptors plugged in to the few sockets airports care to provide. Sometimes i even have to resort to squatting next to a dustbin to charge my phone where there's a free and half broken socket used by the cleaner and his vacuum cleaner. Worst still, passers by give me that stare like i'm some destitute asian guy who's so desperate to charge his phone. No longer. With this little device that flips close and open, a plug can go through its terminals before going in to a socket. So you can "share" a socket with just about anyone! Flip it out, ask that gentleman nicely to let you share his socket without disrupting his power supply, and wala! problem solved.
Flipit! is a little less than 2.5inches and charges at 5V DC up to 1 Amps, it also accepts power outlets of 100V AC to 240V AC. It's a frequent traveler's best friend, and a power hungry phone owner's buddy.
