Well everyone, today is a bloody hot day in sunny singapore. Without enough water in me, i'd probably have dried up and become a patch of black dirt on the floor out there. Which brings to mind an interesting item i have come across recently, the Sundial Ring!
It's about 1.3 inches wide, or 3.3cm diameter. Fits most guys' fingers snugly or gals' thumb or middle finger. But one can always wear it like a pendant, always ready to tell the time with this baby.
To see the time, it's really simple. Just turn the golden dial so that the "dot" is at the current month, and let it hang freely in the sun (duh!). Make sure the small orifice (hole) face the sun. A thin ray of sunlight will pass through this orifice to give the correct time on the inner side of the ring! Science is great huh!
